Nutrition Edge Online or Tensei Global has never and never will sell, trade or share your personal information.  All parties involved in shipping your order will never sell, trade, or share your personal information.  This our gaurentee to you as thanks for your business.

Shipping Policy
All order will be shipped via UPS ground.  Shipping is restricted to the United States.  UPS charges are based on total weight of the items and packaging.  Orders placed over $100.00 will have free shipping.  Items on sale do not qualify for free shipping promotion.
 
Incomplete Orders
In the event that you don't recieve an item in your order, please contact Customer Service and you will recieve a full refund including shipping costs fot he item OR if you wish another identical item will be sent to you.
      *Orders containing multiple items may come in different intervals.  Please allow adequate              time for all items to be recieved.
    **If you have any questions about an order placed please contact Customer Service.
 
Out Of Stock items
In the event an item has become out of stock after you ordered it.  You will be notified and be given the choice of a full refund including shipping costs for the item OR you may pick a replacement item of equal or lesser value and you will receive free shipping.
     *Replacement value is based off amount payed.
 

Returns Policy
Any item that is unopened may be returned for a full refund of the price of the item but not including shipping if Customer Service is contacted within 15 days of recieving the item.

Damaged Items
Damanged items MUST be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of recieving the item.  Preferably as soon as you recieve the item.  The item must be returned and then a replacement will be shipped free of charge.
